New Gun Control Ideas
Shocking, I know: Dianne Feinstein wants to take your guns away. Her new gun control agenda has officially started making the rounds on the liberal blogs around the internet. Even more shocking: it’s started to penetrate the Conservative channels too.
Now, in full disclosure, this article is in response to the several mentions that Dianne Feinstein has started work on new gun control legislation as a result of her recent reelection and that of Mr. Obama. Currently, these rumors are just that: rumors. Feinstein, her staff and others have not yet come out to say that they are gearing up for the biggest anti-second-amendment campaign of new gun control techniques in the history of mankind. But it’s probably coming.
She has been meeting with lawyers known to practice their trade with a heavy bias against the second amendment; there have been rumblings that she will be retiring soon enough (perhaps after this term), and with the President now making it relatively clear that he has some leanings towards an agenda to ban “assault weapons” and “cheap pistols”, the time seems just about right to see the wave of new gun control rhetoric and legislative action.
Here’s the thing though: Republicans control the house; heavily. Most of those republicans, while seemingly moderates with some left leanings, are essentially, against the removal of the second amendment. Many of the house members are staunchly against new gun control legislation. Will it be enough to stop new gun control attacks on the second amendment?
She does have experience with the new gun control agenda in CA though…
Dianne Feinstein has made it clear throughout the years: she would bombastically wear the crown as the new gun control queen if she has the chance. Her “work” on new gun control in California has been swift, disturbingly effective and without hesitation. She now has the opportunity to make it happen on the national stage, with little to no resistance in the Senate. What Rand Paul is to Gun rights; Dianne Feinstein is to new gun control legislation. She has had the ear of the lefty Californian law makers for decades, and will now have plenty of supporters in Washington, what with the President now moving that way. It was a foregone conclusion, and now is seemingly more than just a rumor. Almost a week before the sad terrorist attacks on the Benghazi ambassador and American citizens, Feinstein said this before the Senate: “Ladies and gentlemen, it is time to say, once again, in legislation, weapons of war do not belong on our streets…” seemingly setting the stage for more new gun control legislation akin to the Clinton era “AWB”.
Bulldog for New Gun Control initiatives: Dianne Feinstein
If Obama needed a bulldog/pitbull/scapegoat/antagonist; he has a perfect one in Dianne Feinstein, who wouldn’t be hurt by negative implications brought about by trying to implement new gun control laws; similarly, she is passionate about them, allowing Obama to simply “autopen” the legislation, kind of like the Pelosi/Reid/Clinton et al situation with “obamacare”.
They say (they being everyone on both sides) that California is a test bed for new progressive ideals. If that is true, then Feinstein has enough experience implementing new gun control initiatives to ramrod it through some Administration/Obama controlled group, like say, the Senate. Let’s face it, the attacks on our second amendment rights, while now only rumors, are sure to materialize in the form of a new gun control agenda very soon. Eat your heart out Bill Clinton and James Brady…
You can be sure: this proposed new gun control by Feinstein will be much worse than ever before; simply because the mechanism has never existed until now to usher in such harsh and aggressive new gun control.

Security Worked, These are the words of Congressman Barney Frank after the United States Capitol Shooting Incident of 1998. The doctor’s didn’t protect the public. The killer had been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic six years before but was released after testing as being of no danger to himself or anyone else. Furthermore, it was not the uniformed arm guards that stopped the murderer, it was a plain closed officer assigned to the dignitary protection detail that wounded the murderer. After the murder walked around the metal detector just inside of the entrance of the building and shooting one guard in the head killing him instantly and wounding the other. He was stopped, by the Massachusetts resident who was assigned to executive protection group for congressman, as the murder entered the outer office of a group of offices. They shoot at each other. Although the officer died from his wounds, he wounded the murderer enough to stop the carnage any further. Congressman Barney Frank was correct, Security Worked.
Why didn’t government officials throughout the country put in a plan to protect our children?
